Seeking a punctual, motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.  The HR representative would be responsible for spending a portion of his or her day speaking with and listening to the 150 employees of the business.  Position entails helping employees with any problems and at the same time managing complex confidentiality.  Candidate must have a lot of background experience.  Experience with the following is preferred, but not necessary:  HR policies, recruiting, benefit admin, payroll, salary admin, bonus or gain sharing, problem solving, and legal issues.  Along with this, it is preferred that the individual also have an industrial background with machining, screw machining, supplies or construction.
