We have successfully placed employees into positions for short- and long-term temporary work with our client companies. The average temporary position lasts three to four months; however, this service option gives us the capability of assisting companies with positions from 4 hours to many years. |

Temporary-To-Hire

Many of our clients continuously utilize our services as part of their on-going HR Strategy. The temp-to-hire service allows our clients to utilize our professional recruiting, screening, and selection process when coordinating their long-term staffing needs. The client evaluates our employee in the actual work environment for 520 hours before making the decision to hire them on permanently. The permanent hiring decision is free of charge to our clients. |

Technical Contract |
This service is offered for technical and professional placements. It is ideal for companies that need more time to evaluate the employee in the work environment dut to the typical lifecycle of a project--months to years. Our technical contracts provide that extra time--1040 hours. |

Direct Hire |

Payrolling |
Our payrolling service is offered to clients who send their applicants to us. We will "payroll" the employee at a reduced hourly billing rate that excludes recruiting and advertising costs. The applicants are eligible for permanent hire at any time at no extra charge. Some clients have their entire staff payrolled through VSS to eliminate the need for HR and Payroll personnel or to qualify their staff for our generous employee benefits. |
